Friday, February 14, 2003

 

1730                           Tap-the-Keg and Pop-the-Cork on the Clubhouse deck.

 

1830-1930                                  Fantastic Lasagna Dinner in the Clubhouse.

$7.50 per person payable at the door.                  

 

2000-2300                                  Dance the night away to a fantastic DJ, “Daddy Cool Productions”. 
BYOB.  Ice and mixer provided.  No charge except for dinner!

 

 

Saturday, February 15, 2003

 

0830-1130                 Contestants check in at BYC Clubhouse

 

0900-1300                 Registration desk opens in BYC Clubhouse for

1.   Guest registration

2.   Skit sign up

 

1000-1600                 Fast Food Delivery Orders taken on the Clubhouse deck

 

1400-1510                                  Contest finishes.  Turn in Predicted Logs by 1700.

 

1500                                                      Drawing for Skit show times and review Skit rules.

Meet at the stage in Clubhouse.

 

1700                                                      Doors open for Skit seating

 

1830                                                      Presentation of Skits

 

2100                                                      Posting of unofficial race results in lounge area.

 

2100-0100                 Dance to the great music of “Daddy Cool Productions”.

BYOB. Ice, mixer and a late night snack provided.  No charge!     
Please – no one under 21 years of age!

0800-1030                 Breakfast in the Clubhouse.  All you can eat.

$6.00 per person payable at the door.  Children under 10 free.
