New members are normally identified in two ways: current
members know a candidate personally or an individual
contacts the club asking for information.
Introductions of New Members*
Basic introductory & contact information for new members
together
with the sponsors' recommendations, the new member's own
introductory statement, a photo and the date of
obligation is published on this (members-only) Web
page.
Member Directories*
There are two membership lists available online (for members only); one
is maintained by the Treasurer; the other is a list automatically
compiled by the Online Registration process. The latter directory has
to be maintained by members themselves.
In addition, Email & Tel. information can be found in the staff &
officers directories.

A part of BYC's Web site is accessible to registered
members only. New members can register after
their
application has been approved by the Executive Committee.
It is vital that "User Name" and Password are
remembered and/or saved, and that the registration
information is updated by the member as needed. Questions
about registration should be addressed to the WebTeam.
