The Snow Archives: 6th January 2004 1996: "Storm sinks 47 boats at Port Orchard Marina" [The SUN, 1996, By Travis Baker (with photo)] "But when Bremerton Yacht Club and Brownsville Marina considered what had happened in Port Orchard and Edmonds, they counted themselves lucky. Well, maybe not so much lucky as dedicated. Leo Longnecker, vice commodore of the Bremerton Yacht Club, said: 'It survived because we're a yacht club.
